Submission Requirements
Originality
Authors should make sure that the paper submitted must not be published before or under publication process elsewhere. Duplicate and/or redundant publication will result in an instant rejection. Authors have a responsibility to disclose originality information of the paper, including contributions of all individuals who made substantial contributions to the study such as involving in the design of study, data collection or analysis. The use of materials from other resources(including their won published literature) should be clearly cited and quoted, and get the permission of copyright holder where appropriate.
Competing Interest
Authors must present their research findings accurately and objectively, disclose any potential competing interest prior to be submission.
Authorship
Authorship of the paper must include all those who are made significant contributions to the work, and they should be listed as co-authors. Persons who have not contributed significantly to the work much not be listed as co-authors.
Data Accuracy
Authors should ensure all the data in the study should be accurate. Fabrication, falsification and manipulation of data (including image and tables) are intolerable behaviors and will lead to immediate rejection. As the raw data may be asked during the review process, authors are accountable for providing public access to the requested data in connection with their work. In addition, if fundamental errors or inaccuracy founded after the publication, authors are obliged to notify the conference for correcting or retracting their work.
Human Subjects and Animals in Research
Authors must ensure ethical standards and procedures for research involving human subjects or animals. Authors need to state the research has complied with all relevant policies and laws in their manuscripts.

Peer Review Policy
Double-Blind
The author’s names, affiliation, acknowledgment and other related personal information will not be revealed to reviewers. And reviewers will keep anonymous to authors.
Initial Check

The paper will be reviewed by at least two reviewers.

Accepted
The paper is accepted and does not need further modification.
Accept with minor revisions
The paper will be accepted after minor revisions. In such a case, the revised paper will only be reviewed by the editor.
Revaluate with major revisions
The paper will be sent to be reviewed by the original reviewers (unless they opt out) or assessed by the editor.
Rejected
The paper will not be accepted due to major deficiencies. And it is not recommended to be resubmitted.
Revision
Authors much revise their papers within the allowed time. Manuscripts with major revisions will be sent to original reviewers for the second-round review. Manuscripts with minor revisions will usually be reviewed by the editor. The final decision will be made by the editor after careful and unbiased assessment.
Changes the Authorship
Before the online publication, authors should submit an Authorship Change Form if they wish to add, remove or rearrange the authors of the paper.
Submission Type
Full Paper
The manuscript should be written in English, including tables, figures, equations, and algorithms.
Only original papers will be considered. The manuscripts must not be previously published or accepted for publication elsewhere and must not be under review by any other conference or journal during the review cycle.
The research topic of manuscript should fall into the conference scopes(refer to the CFP), and it is presented with logic and complete structure, relevant information, significant results, etc.
The accepted paper limits are 12-15 pages, including all figures, tables, references and appendices.
Abstract
The submitted abstract should contain a sufficient summary of the paper and an outline of goals, results and conclusion, including conveying sufficient understanding when reading in isolation from the paper.
Self-check
A pre-submission self-check is helpful to save time and efforts of authors and reviewers in the review process; to some extent, it will also help improve the quality of submissions. We, therefore, suggest authors conduct a careful self-check before submitting a paper to the conference.
Here are tips for self-check below:
1. Make sure that the paper is of interest to the conference.
2. Check the spelling and formal style to avoid misspellings or syntactical errors.
3. Make sure that the English language of the paper should be of sufficient quality to be understood.
4. Ensure that the layout conforms with the abstract / paper template of the conference.
5. Ensure all individuals who contribute substantially to work have been listed as authors.
6. Ensure the version of the manuscript to be submitted has been agreed upon by all authors.
Plagiarism Detection
Authors are suggested to conduct the plagiarism detection through iThenticate© before submission. Please be noted that the crosscheck will run all over the review and publication process. Once such unethical behavior is reported, the paper will be withdrawn, and no refund will be entertained.
Submissions Should Comprise
1. Title Page: Title, Authors' Information (Affiliation), Abstract, Keywords, Funding Sources, Conflict of Interest and Confidential Information.
2. Manuscript Contents: Introduction, Description, Materials and Methods, Tables and Figures, Results, Conclusion, References, etc.
3. Supplementary Material(Optional)
Submission Requirements:
- the article must correspond to one of the topics of the conference;
- the article must be in English;
- the article should contain the following sections: "Introduction", "Materials and Methods", "Results", "Discussion" and "Conclusion" (the section "Acknowledgements" is written if necessary);
- the length of the article should be no less than 12-15 pages;
- the recommended number of authors should not exceed 5;
- references must be made in accordance with the requirements of the Publisher. References, as a rule, should be made only to sources (articles) from international journals;
- the text must be typed electronically in Microsoft Word format. The text may be illustrated with diagrams and tables. All illustrations must be within the boundaries of the text (do not go into the margins of the sheet);
- the article must contain an abstract (no more than 200 words) and keywords (no more than 6);
- the number of references in the list of references must be at least 10;
- self-citation should not exceed 10%;
- the originality of the article is not less than 85% (without a list of references);
- the author/s has to sign the license agreement (after accepting the article).
